How we handle your information

Sell & Scale ("we", "us") installs a Growth Engine and Command Center for businesses. This page explains what we collect on sellandscale.io and in our forms, why we collect it, who helps us run things, and how you can see or delete your data.

1. What we collect

When you apply

Your name, email, phone number and Messenger name, plus your answers about your business: what you sell, who you sell to, where your leads come from, and what you want to improve.

When you fill in the onboarding form (paying clients)

Details about your business, your offers and sales numbers, your domain, your logo and brand files, the email addresses of team members you want to add, and your Meta business ID if you run ads. You can also upload customer or contact lists so we can bring them into your Command Center.

If you upload a customer or contact list, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it. We use it only to set up and run your own Growth Engine. We never use it for our own marketing.

When you visit the site

Which pages you open, which buttons you click, the website that sent you (for example facebook.com), and any campaign tags in the link. Each visit gets a random ID. We do not tie this to your name unless you send us a form.

When you pay

Payments go through PayPal. We see that you paid and how much. We never see your card or bank details.

When you message us

If you message our Facebook Page on Messenger, we see your Facebook name and what you write to us.

2. How we use it

To review your application and contact you about it.
To install and run your Growth Engine and Command Center.
To send you receipts and messages about your account.
To see which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it to anyone.

4. Our Facebook Page and app

We use our own Meta app, "Sell and Scale Scheduler", to post scheduled content to the Sell & Scale Facebook Page and to read our own Page and ad results.

The app does not offer a "Log in with Facebook" button. It does not collect personal data from people who see, like or comment on our posts. Only our team uses it.

5. Cookies and browser storage

Our site saves a few small notes in your browser, such as your visit ID, the campaign link you came from, and whether you closed a pop-up. They are removed when you close the tab, or you can clear them in your browser settings.

The Meta Pixel sets cookies and tells Meta when you view a page, tap a button to contact us, or send a form. It does not read what you type into our forms. This helps us measure our ads and show them to the right people. You can control this in your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while we work with you, or while your application is open. After that, we keep only what we need for taxes and records, and delete the rest when you ask.

We protect your data with secure (HTTPS) connections, private file storage and limited team access.

7. See or delete your data

You can ask us at any time to show you, fix, or delete the information we have about you. This includes anything you sent through our forms and anything connected to our Facebook Page or app.

Step 1. Message us on Messenger and write "Delete my data".
Step 2. Tell us the name and email you used, so we find the right records.
Step 3. We delete it within 30 days and message you when it's done.
